General Baen Talal was one of the highest-ranking Tak in the Confederacy. He served mainly in an advisory capacity to the President, but also acted as Ambassador and Special Representative of the Confederacy when needed.
History[]
Baen Talal was born to poor parents. At the age of 10, he was taken from his parents and trained in the Tak tradition by Lord Cordan Kadal. At the same time, he met and befriended Rhiannon DeVij.
In 4 BBY, 16 years old, he accompanied Rhiannon on his return to Decuu to say goodbye to his dying mother.
By 17 ABY, he was one of the most powerful Force-users in the Confederacy, and headed the Tak Council alongside Rhiannon. His apprentice, Ciaron Tan'ar, was promoted to Tak Blade in 16 ABY, and Talal took Calsin Dur as his apprentice.
Talal was chosen as representative of the Tak Council in 12 ABY, and served in the Confederate Navy since. Since then, Talal served as the commander of the Broken Circle Fleet, before being attached to the Third Battle Fleet as a detachment commander. From 17 ABY, he served in an advisory capacity to President Karth Orvarrin. In 17 ABY, he also took Jenat Barker as his apprentice in addition to Calsin Dur.
By 41 ABY, his apprentice was Saera-Siras.

Talal mastered many Force techniques, including Animal Friendship, Battlemind, Battle Precognition, Electric Judgment, Farsight, Force Absorb, Force Concealment, Force Healing, and Hibernation Trance.
