The Battle of Mandalore which took place during the Shadow War, was a pivotal point in the Mandalorian Protectors' stature to the galaxy. Crimson Empire forces, masquerading as an Imperial strike force, assaulted the world without warning. The result of the battle would bring the Mandalorians into the galaxy-wide war in an unprecedented level, only forseeable by their unknowning pupetteer.
