The Battle of Tarix was a crucial battle for Darth Trayus. Taking place at the aftermath of the Sith Revolution, the battle could unofficially be considered part of the Revolution, though it was not included in Trayus's plan of attack.
The battle was initiated by Trayus who, now fully consumed by the Dark Side of the Force, wished to eliminate all known members of the previous Sith Brotherhood, in order to avoid competition for the title of Dark Lord of the Sith. Darth Sadis was already poised to claim the position for himself, and had been working in secret to usurp Darth Invisus's position before the Revolution. The battle was decisive and short, but was pivotal in the restructuring of the Brotherhood, and the subsequent fall of the Shadow Imperium.
The Battle[]
The battle began with Trayus's forces landing on the rugged surface of Tarix. Sadis, whom had been informed of their arrival prior to the landing, had dispatched his Blood Wraiths to deal a swift blow against his foes. He had not realized that Trayus posessed an ancient Sith weapon, known as Soulblade, which was capable of dispatching of these beasts. Upon noting this minor setback, regardless of the carnage his Blood Wraiths made, he called them back and sent in his Shadowtroopers, with Sadis not far behind.
As the battle raged on, Sadis finally made his appearance to Trayus, and the two engaged in a heated lightsaber duel. Eventually, Trayus discovered a weakness in Sadis's position, and exploited it, cutting the Sith Lord down.
Aftermath[]
Upon Sadis's death, the battle slowly came to a halt. Those that failed to swear loyalty to Trayus were slain on sight.
Trayus traversed to Sadis's fortress and claimed it as his own, making Tarix the official headquarters to his Sith Brotherhood. As a result, Trayus broadcast a trasmission on all Imperium channels, and declared the end of the Shadow Imperium, and in its place, the Crimson Empire.
