The Black Shyrack was a small slavers guild working primarily in the Outer Rim. Founded around 1,000 BBY, the guild was ruled by the mysterious Lord Shyrack - an alias for whoever led the Sith Covenant. The Black Shyrack was one of the primary sources of funds for the Covenant.
The guild managed to avoid attention by being small and by leaving no witnesses to their raids on settlements - they simply captured everyone, later selling them on the slave markets on Orvax IV, Chalcedon, Pavilion and several other slaver worlds.
The leaders around 17 ABY were the human Alister Corely and the Gamorrean Warthug.
