The Cerberus-class Battlecruiser is a new design this ship was constructed to fill the role of a command ship without putting a major price tag on the ship. The Cerberus Battlecruiser is certainly a capable warship but it was made for cost effectiveness and can most definately be added on and improved upon for a larger armament and better defenses.
