Darth Marduk, born Chanter Rekali, is a former Chosen of Vahl who sought out and embraced the Sith ways relatively recently, after coming into possession of ancient Sith scrolls. He is the ruler of Almania.
History[]

Marduk was born to Vahla spacers on a starship, and raised in deep space along with his siblings. Inducted into a cult of Vahl at a young age, his talent for the Force would have earned him a place with the Jedi Order if not for his parents' traditional Dark Side orientation. He quickly eclipsed them and his siblings, one of whom would later settle in the Anari Sector and father Ember Rekali.
The spacer rose through the ranks of the cult of Vahl until he became one of the six members of the Chosen of Vahl and adorned himself with deep ritual scars. A farseer, diviner of the future, and skilled manipulator, he helped keep the Vahla in the shadows until he came into possession of ancient Sith scrolls. After extensive study, he took the name Darth Marduk and left the Chosen of Vahl, though not without violence.
In the mess and furor of the Sith Empire's frequent reorganizations, he entered the scene and took control of Almania. He still relies on Trang Robotics GX-1 battle droids and well-paid mercenaries.
His apprentice is Ander Kell.
Personality and Traits[]
Darth Marduk is a liar and a thief, which makes him able to spot threats of kleptocracy in his underlings. Corruption is not tolerated. His is a self-conscious hypocrisy.
Powers and Skills[]
Marduk is a farseer, and his study of esoteric Sith scrolls has given him the ability to command plant life, and to sap energy from the environment. He is a master of ice, a decent lightsabre duellist, and a respectable telepath.
