Orbiting Delmar is the large Delmarran Shipyards run by the corporation with the same name. They have the largest shipyards in the Republic rivaled only by Cassara's shipyards and formerly those of Torbus.
History[]
Since the unification of Cassara and Delmar the DS has been attempting to usurp the majority of government contracts from the reigning CEC. It wasn't until the end of the civil war that they were successful. Most of the Delmarran Shipyards activites are privy only to its employees, many say its top secret projects are so sensitive those without clearance are not even allowed in the easter block of the shipyards.
