Galeth Hennst (19 BBY) is the older half-brother of dead Sith Master Arianah Windryder (they share a mother) and the cousin of Sith Master Ashin Varanin (the two Sith are not blood related to each other). He is not Force-sensitive, though he may be mildly Force-attuned. A traditional Mandalorian, he lives on Mandalore itself with his wife and children. He is a mid-ranked general, when necessary, and served with Garen Starfall.
He did not live as a mando until he was eighteen. His mother, Sigurn Dross, was a Mandalorian afflicted with more than the usual amount of wanderlust. She married his father, Kel Hennst, but left the family shortly after giving birth to Galeth. She later repeated her pattern on Tatooine with a moisture farmer named Windryder. It is unknown how many husbands and children she had across the galaxy, and how many half-siblings Galeth has.
The Hennst farm near Keldabe is home to Galeth, his wife Sath, and his sons, the oldest of which was born in 4 ABY.
Galeth was approached by Mandalore Garen Starfall in 16 ABY, to become a general in the Mandalorian Protectors. He accepted on the condition that, should disaster befall the planet, his family would be among the first evacuated. He served in the Rimma War.
In 18 ABY, Galeth and Sath collected the bounty secretly placed on Ser Durd, Undersecretary of Health for Neimoidia, by Resen Viper and Folai Sejanis. They took two-thirds of the bounty and paid the remaining third to Lamech Sage, an old mercenary and Jedi-hunter.
