Geard Losian was a pilot-clone of Whit Solomon. He was born on Tatooine and became a pilot for the Galactic Republic before the Galactic Empire took it over. Then he retired back to Tatooine with his wife. Over time, he became aware that he was having dreams regarding Solomon, and began to seek information on the man. He spent all of his money on that research, then proceeded to borrow money from the local criminal organization. He discovered some information about the pirate's resting place - that he called the planet Baehorde, for example - and decided to travel to Coruscant to find that world. He discovered some more information about the world, but he was killed by his creditors before completing his research. That research was picked up by Arlan Hale, who continued the search for Baehorde and Solomon.
