The Judiciary Fighter/Interceptor is one of the most recent designs to roll off the CEC production line. Much like the New Republic Defender and the Galactic Republic Defender before that, this vessel is designed for police duties within star systems. While lacking a hyperdrive, it packs an impressive amount of firepower mainly focused on disabling an opponent rather than destroying it. Its high speed and above average maneuverability also gives the pilot a large advantage over the majority of fugitives, meaning they won't escape the system.
A more offensive version is available to government backed militaries, for which it is outfitted with a class 1 hyperdrive, 4 laser cannons, 2 ion cannons and 2 proton torpedo launchers (3 each). However, that version is also considerably more expensive, carrying a price tag of 164,320 credits.
