President Karth Orvarrin was born on Decuu in 28 BBY, the second son of local business magnate Torrin Orvarrin. When he turned 19, he decided to enter politics, and in 8 BBY he was elected as the youngest Senator of Decuu yet - mostly thanks to his father's money.
In 4 BBY, he was joined in the Senate by his older brother, Duric, who also gained a seat as Senator of Decuu.
He served in the Confederate Senate as Senator of Decuu until early 14 ABY, when Darren Sindral, shortly before his death, sponsored him for the position as Lord Advisor. Joran Thorn accepted the sponsorship, making Karth the first Decuri to be Lord Advisor.
After the Confederate Civil War, Orvarrin was elected President. He still held that position in 41 ABY, having defeated every challenger.
