Mursa Trillis was the good friend of Jeg Feniv and Rowen Halomek during their high school and young adult years. She would also become Rowen's first girlfriend, and the only other girl he would ever love besides Sarren Dolsis.
Mursa would meet her end during a pirate attack on her homeworld of Saldora, taking a blast from a starfigher's strafing run. Her death, however, would stir Rowen into forming Halo Squadron, which would be responsible for the destruction of the pirates that had killed her.
In honor of Mursa's memory, Rowen named his beloved Y-wing after her.
