Nyalla Casara Avori, informally referred to as Nyalla Avori, is the second princess of the Hapes Consortium. She is the middle child of the three siblings born to Queen Mother Jenarvia Avori and her consort, Arien Garix. Nyalla's middle name is in honor of Casara D’Lacc, who served as the Majordomo of House Avori for several decades and was highly regarded by the family.
Nyalla is considered to be the least Force-proficient amongst her siblings, however she is the tallest and physically strongest. She also has the most military training among the Hapan Royal Family and is a lieutenant in the Hapan Navy. Although her powers in the Force are limited, she has mastered Control Poison to help protect her against possible assassination attempts.
Nyalla is notorious for being a graceless dancer even though she loves the activity. Her dance partners frequently get injured, usually by being stepped on by her or being swung into nearby objects or other dancers. One of the only people known to dance with her without getting hurt is James Ardin II.
