Early Life[]
Patrick Swain is a son of Fawcett City. Born and raised in the city, he learned from a young age that community could make someone stronger. He grew up in the foster home system, until Emma and Matthias Swain took him in. They adopted him and provided him with stability. Once Swain was in the same school for longer than a year or two, his grades picked up. He knew he wanted to give back to the community that had helped him and decided he was going to become a police officer.
