The Raka Kiri.
The Raka Kiri were slaves to the Uul'ba-Rai priest caste for centuries. Aggressive and strongly territorial, they were leaders in the rebellion that freed the Rai Republic and put them on the course to amalgamation into the Jade Worlds.
They speak in squeaks, trills, clacks and so forth; many Raka Kiri carry a translator droid. As a rule they do not understand Basic.
