Rakka was a Ranth Dark Jedi and an agent of the Scautus Order. He believed in living freely and independently. He was the only agent of the Order to suspect that their apparent leader, General Enscu, was not who he claimed to be, and that Kratyn vuv Enerkerraz may have been their true lord. He also exhibited awareness of Kratyn's unnamed master, to whom he fled following the Third Battle of Kuras IV.
Biography[]
Rakka's early life is not notably important. However, at some point, he encountered Kratyn vuv Enerkerraz and General Enscu, who inducted him into the Scautus Order. They trained him to be a Dark Jedi, and Rakka used his influence with his own people, the Ranth, to obtain a large number of soldiers for the Order.
Later on, once the Zexx Dark Jedi Scur had been added to their number, Rakka befriended him. They were sent on a mission, along with the Verpine Volu Crix'ls, to the planet Baehorde to collect the treasures of the pirate Whit Solomon. During their time there, Rakka crossed blades with the Anzat Rethe Frettan.
Rakka and Scur were also the agents responsible for escorting the prisoner Emma Zacharias to Enscu's secret holding facility in the Drift, and for capturing the Kurasian pirates who had been hijacking the prisoner ships. At this point, Scur discovered that Whit Solomon was, in fact, alive, and that Enscu's orders had made the Zexx a thief. As his friend, Rakka accompanied Scur when he fled the vessel and swore vengeance on Enscu. To escape, they took the Wayfarer.
At the beginning of the Third Battle of Kuras IV, Rakka docked the Wayfarer with the Nomad. He said his goodbyes to Scur, suspecting that the Zexx would not return, and began to prepare the Augur for departure. He attempted to trap the Kurasians on board the Nomad by destroying the controls for the hangar doors, but Whit Solomon blasted open the doors to create an escape route for his Freeborn Knave.
