A Regional Governor was the governor of a Province under the Black Star Confederacy between 16 ABY and 17 ABY.
History[]
In 16 ABY, Emperor Joran Thorn issued Imperial Decree No.117, dividing the Confederacy into a number of Provinces, each governed by a Regional Governor. The Regional Governors had similar responsibilities and powers as Imperial Moffs, a fact that made many Confederate citizens wary.
The position of Regional Governor was dissolved after the Confederate Civil War, and the provinces were redivided into sectors.
