Rika (83 BBY) is quite different from her father, Elder Takashi. She is strong willed and courageous, two traits that seem to be only half shared by her father. From a young age Takashi had been grooming her to replace him on the Council of Elders. He made sure she got the best education possible which included schooling in advanced Force techniques such as Force Healing. Her compassion for those in need knows no bounds and she would willingly risk her life to save others without giving it a second thought. Unfortunately, this last trait in particular has a certain tendency for landing her in a lot of trouble.

Force Powers[]
Rika's Force powers are far more advanced than your average Sylarian. Most Sylarian children learn basic Force techniques from a young age but not many of them actually pursue study in the field. Rika's training in particular focused mostly on healing and as such she possesses considerable skill in that regard. However, applying her trade requires a great deal of concentration and effort and though her instruction has been intensive her stamina just isn't quite up to snuff yet. Healing major wounds will often times drain her of energy and leave her feeling weak. On rare occasions she has even fainted after trying too hard to save a life, but her teachers remain optimistic that with more experience she will be able to overcome this weakness.
