Roghehk was a member of the New Jedi Order, stationed at the City of the Jedi when Cadden Blackthorne met the Kora Jedi Council, asking for assistance in his quest to kill Sivter and destroy his Cult of Shadow. While Blackthorne was denied, Roghehk was among the handful of Jedi that defied the Council's orders and joined Cadden anyway. This set in motion a chain of events that consumed Roghehk in the Dark Side of the Force, and the Noghri became fiercely loyal to Blackthorne, becoming his elite Dark Jedi bodyguard and assassin.
Powers and Abilities[]
Roghehk was, by no means, a powerful individual, but he was very skilled in the art of Force Cloak and Force Concealment, making him an invaluable ally and bodygoard to Darth Trayus. In addition to the rudimentary skills in the Force, the Noghri Jedi learned to use powers such as Force Deflection, Animal Friendship, and, in rare instances, Force Overload (though he was far more adept at the lesser Droid Disable power). After his corruption by Darth Trayus to the dark side of the Force and becoming a dark Jedi, Roghehk underwent rigorous studies in additional powers such as Force Grip, Control Poison, Force Rage, and even the most extreme forms of Mind trick.
While the Noghri was a formidable combatant, his specialties resided with his inherent nature as a member of his species. As such, he had concentrated his studies to complement his mastery of Stava, and his preference for stealth and grace. Against a formidable warrior, Roghehk would have a hard time winning in combat, but if his specialty were called upon in battle, it was a safe bet that he would emerge victorious.
When it came to lightsaber combat, Roghehk opted to hone his skills in the powerful, yet also elegant, forms of Soresu and Shien / Djem So, developing these two combat styles to the point of mastery. Combined with his mastery in Stava, this made him a dangerous fighter against the less-skilled of combatants. He also recognized abilities in Makashi and Tràkata that allowed him to enhance his lightsaber skills, while utilizing only basic maneuvers with Ataru and Juyo to supplement for his more powerful and acrobatic attacks. While he could not match up with someone who was a master of Makashi, Roghehk could hold his own in combat for a period of time. However, due to his specialty in elegance and grace, as well as precision strikes as the opportunities presented themselves, his effectiveness in combat was limited to the more mundane of of fights.
