Description[]
- "I don't get it, how are you supposed to do something if you don't try it first?"
"Sky, you're missing the point. Just try it again."
"See, there you said it! You said 'try'!"
"Alright, I think that's enough for today." - — Skylar and Elena Connor during a training session.
Skylar Rogue 2 ABY is a young girl from the planet of Tatooine. Her father was a bit of a gambler and her mother had been absent for most of her life. When she was very young her father had sold her off into slavery to pay off a debt. She ended up working for a junk dealer which was fortunate as she had always had a knack for taking apart machines and putting them back together. She proved quite handy in repairing old junk into something usable which made it difficult to part with her when the Jedi Order came around looking for potentials. They bartered with the junk dealer for hours until finally he relented. Then next thing she knew Skylar was whisked away aboard a ship where she began her new life as a Jedi.
She never forgot her old life, though, or the hours she spent staring into the night sky dreaming of the day someone would come and take her on an adventure far, far away. Growing up on Tatooine she had heard all the tales of how a young farm boy rose from obscurity to save the day at Yavin IV and she had always dreamed of doing the same. Though, reality is much different than fiction and Sky will have to learn to keep her feet on the ground and head out of the clouds if she wants to survive the trials that lie ahead.
