The Srraka blade was a melee weapon used by the Xen'Chi Chosen during the Xen'Chi War. The blade was curved to allow for more brutal efficiency during combat. This weapon was exclusively used by the Chosen to combat the Jedi. Fully resistant to lightsabers these weapons allowed the elite cadre of warriors who used them to the direct enemies of the Jedi during the war. During the war these blades wandered into others' hands, most notably the Mandalorian Protectors during their participation in the war.
At the war's end, many Mandalorians kept the blades as trophies, and some even took into implementing them into their arsenal.
