History[]
Early designs of this radical TIE craft were based on ideas and concepts that were scrapped from the Advanced TIE program. These ideas and concepts were given to other design teams to see if they could be made viable in a new craft or if a brake through was made, incorporated back into the Advanced TIE program. These early models varied in capabilities but at the time none show enough promise to warrant any further funding or development, not when the main project was producing fighters like the TIE Advanced x1.
Years later Sienar Fleet Systems revisited and standardized all of the models into one design, updating it where needed as a fighter craft they can sell commercially.

Sensor Jamming Array[]
Not so much a stealth device, as those who are being jammed know they are being jammed. But it does keep them in the dark as to how many units there are or where exactly they are.
Hyperspace Ring[]
The Syluire-67 is nearly exactly the same as the Syluire-45 hyperspace transport ring, but it was designed with a universal/versatile docking port that could fit any star fighter designed prior to it. Future star fighters designed with out a hyper drive could easily be set up to use this ring as well thanks to the docking port. The TIE Guard is one such fighter that was adapted with the Syluire-67 in mind as a cheap form of giving the fighter Hyperspace capabilities.
Enhanced Engines & Internal Hyperdrive[]
As Enhanced Engine Package was put together for the fighter that significantly upgrades its speed while maintaining its impressive maneuvering and also installs a internal Hyperdrive, negating the need for the Hyperspace Ring.
