The Terenarc, also known as the Arcanix Terentatek, is an aberration of the terentatek specially suited to survive Arcanix’s harsh landscape. While normal terentateks have proven to be very adaptable, even in an environment as harsh as Arcanix, the leader of the Cult of Shadow, Sivter, saw that the creature could be improved even further. The project was given to Uvon Okdoro, the cult’s Master Alchemist in the field of biology, who developed a strain that incorporated the traits commonly seen on Arcanix by other creatures.
Like the Arc Ghoul or the Molt Swimmer, the terenarc is able to survive extremely hot temperatures that would fry just about any other living creature. It can not only do this, but it can also ingest molten rock for sustenance if it needs to. However, unlike the other creatures, it also has the abilities of a terentatek, meaning that it can subsist entirely on the Force should it need to. Likewise, the terenarc is highly resistant to Force powers of all kind.
The terenarc’s abilities have allowed it to supplant the arc ghoul as the top predator on Arcanix and has made it an effective weapon for the Cult of Shadow to use against its enemies.
