History[]
Tsivoin was born sometime around 18 ABY on the Zabrak colony world of Feldrona. It's assumed that he had a family there though not much is known of his time on the world. in approximately 22 ABY, a raiding party composed of Amaxine Warriors and members of Rinnrivin Di's Cartel descended on the colony world intent to gather Zabraks for use in the slave trade. There are some reports that the illusive Knights of Ren may have also been present on the planet in search of Force Sensitive Zabrak's for their own dark purposes.
Tsivoin was among those who were taken offworld, and eventually he would be forced into slavery on the aquatic world of Sibensko. He would endure untold tragedies as he was passed form master to master, eventually ending up on Cantonica serving Rinnrivin Di's Cartel. In 28 ABY, Rinnrivin Di was killed and his cartel splintered in the aftermath, eventually a rival group would move in and take over Rinnrivin's holdings on Cantonica and Tsivoin was abandoned near the spaceport with nothing but the rags on his back.

A young Tsivoin awaiting punishment from his slave masters.
While living off scraps and wild rodents, Tsivoin would be discovered by a Devaronian girl around his same age named Senna, who eventually befriended him and brought him back to live with her at The Tangle. They eventually became close friends and were trying to save up for a chance at a better life until a fateful night led Tsivoin to cross paths with a former Jedi pupil of Master Skywalker named Nova.
This chance encounter would alter Tsivoins life forever.
Personality and Traits[]
Tsivoin is a quiet, distrusting Zabrak. What parts of his youth he can remember were spent as a slave in horrible conditions. Since a majority of his time as a slave was spent in the opulent and deeply prejudiced city of Canto Bight he has constantly been taken advantage of and belittled by centrist humans, leaving a deep seated hatred for humanity in the forefront of his mind.
Skill and Abilities[]
Fighting Styles[]
Novice
- Dagaal Kulul
Lightsaber Forms[]
Practitioner
- Form I: Shii-Cho - The most basic of forms and the first taught to beginners. Tsivoin was quick to pick up Form I from Nova's tutelage and once he became proficient in it, she began to teach him the more advanced Form V type.
Novice
- Form V: Shien / Djem So - The fifth of the seven classic forms of lightsaber combat, it was an evolution of the form III Soresu that took the ultra-defensive maneuvers of form III and blended in an advantageous mix of the aggressive tactics of Form II Makashi. Due to it's focus on dominating an opponent in combat, form V required a higher level of physical strength than other forms of combat. As Form V was one of Nova's preferred styles of combat, it was only natural that Tsivoin would learn it next. His powerful Zabrakkian build and heightened reflexes and agility lent itself well to the form.
- Sokan - Once Tsivoin had established proficiency with the ancient and exotic weapon and had learned both Form I and V, he began to develop his own combat techniques. While the art of Sokan - which combined tactics that allow for evasion and mobility with the kinetic motions of Form IV Ataru in combat - was not known to Nova or himself, being an ancient specialized method not frequently adopted by the rank and file Jedi nor taught in traditional curriculum, the Zarbak's enhanced agility, balance, and speed led to him developing his own form of lightsaber combat that could easily be labeled as Sokan.
Force Powers[]
Tsivoin's natural affinity for the force seems to manifest mostly in the realm of the Control and Alter disciplines. While he is able to access Sense-type disciplines they do not come naturally to him and it takes an immense amount of concentration and effort for him to achieve them. As evidenced by the fact that Tsivoin was unaware of both his sensitivity to, and usage of The Force it would appear that the Zabrak suffered from an uncommon Force affliction known as Flashburn, where the pure trauma of the events led The Force to isolate and block the memories away from him.
Due to his troubled past, the Zabrak has a unique Malevolent connection to The Force which ultimately led to his friend and instructor Nova discovering his latent sensitivity when he became overwhelmed with anger and hatred after the death of his friend Senna and released all of that negative emotion into a blast of pure Force energy damaging his surroundings indiscriminately . An indirect result of this innate Malevolent connection to the force, Tsivoin's telekinetic powers seem to be more augmented than others of his experience and power level.
Tsivoin has also demonstrated an innate type of Force Compassion where he involuntarily ends up connected to other individuals through the force and has a sometimes excessive concern with the welfare of others over his own. Additionally Tsivoin's ability to speak and understand Zabraki, Sy Bisti, and Galactic Basic despite a lack of formal education leads to the suspicion that due to this innate/involuntary connection that Tsivion unknowingly forms with other beings around him that he may also posses the ability known as Comprehend Speech, where through the Force a being is able to understand spoken languages of others that the being themselves has not learned.
- Art of Movement - A higher form of movement developed for use by the Jedi Order, the Art of Movement was typically taught via difficult and advanced obstacle courses and enhanced a practitioners reflexes and agility. Tsivoin already possessed better than average mobility due to both his species and his upbringing, aiding him in mastering this technique quickly.
- Force Speed - One of the Core powers of the Jedi, Force Users wer able to utilize the force to increase their natural movement speeds, often in one of two ways: Either to create a blazing fast burst of speed, or to allow themselves to maintain greater sprinting speeds over a duration of time. Tsivoin would ultimately utilize his successes with both the Art of Movement and Force Speed in order to become proficient in Wall Running and Spring Attacks. The latter of which was what led the Zabrak to pursue the less known art of Sokan lightsaber combat.
- Force Stealth - Another of the Jedi's core powers, Force Stealth allowed it's users to rely on The Force to conceal themselves - Either their physical selves, their force presence, thoughts, alignment, etc. While Tsivoin struggled with the more Sense-oriented abilities, he was able to utilize Force Stealth in conjunction with the Art of Movement and Force Speed which allowed him to move at enhanced speeds while remaining concealed,as well as gave him a distinct advantage when using the Sokan form of lightsaber combat.
- Telekinesis - As the power that was most innate and natural to Tsivoin, his prowess and potential in the realm of Telekinesis was difficult to predict. Very quickly on in his training Nova was able to teach the Zabrak to utilize the Force Wave technique, which he had inadvertently been using when he succumbed to his emotions prior to his knowledge of the force. With Nova's help he was able to learn to use the technique from a place of balance, rather than hatred and anger. As he advanced, Tsivoin was able to learn to hone and harness his ability into the utilization of targeted Force Strikes against specific individuals or targets, and though Nova did not approve and cautioned him against it's use, he also accidentally taught himself the archaic technique of Combustion.
- Dissipate/Absorb Energy - One of the few Sense-oriented techniques that Tsivoin was able to execute fairly reliably, the Zabrak was able to absorb harmful energy such as fire, electricity, or blaster bolts. While it was possible through The Force to channel that absorbed energy into other Force Powers, at this time Tsivoin could only partially dissipate the energy, often resulting in injury as the remainder of the energy damaged his body physically.
- Farsight - Also known as Farseeing, this ability granted the user vague impressions of events in the past, present, or future. Much like Tsivoin's apparent Force Compassion and Comprehend Speech abilities, it seems as though he is not in control of this ability. He has, however, demonstrated possession of the ability on multiple occasions where he has experienced visions of the past in dreamlike states.
