Powers[]
Power Void[]
Void’s body and mind are completely immune to a variety of direct and indirect powers thanks to an ability he has dubbed the “Power Void.”
Energy-based attacks, as well as all manner of telepathic, telekinetic, psionic, or magical powers have no effect on him. The protection of the Power Void is so strong that it is thought that even the warping of reality would not have an effect on him.
Void has no control over this power.
Power Nullification[]
Void has the power to shut down superpowers caused by a mutation or most powers that would otherwise be considered unnatural to the lifeform in question. This means that while he could conceivably shut down the powers of a mutant like Rogue, or a superpowered individual like the Hulk, his power would not affect people like Superman or the Sub-Mariner.
In order to nullify another’s powers, Void has to physically touch his target against their skin to shut down their power. Like the Power Void ability, this is an automatic reaction that he has no control over.
Limitations[]
With the exceptions noted by his Power Void ability, Void is as vulnerable as any normal human. Physical attacks, from a simple punch to a bullet fired out of a gun, are capable of hurting him like they would any ordinary human.
In addition, his power negates the good powers along with the bad. Individuals with beneficial powers would not be able to use them on Void.
In all other matters not related to his abilities, Void is like any other normal person.
