Biography[]
Curtis Kaplan was born on the bad side of Brickstown in Paragon City. At 18 he was put away for selling exstacy. Two years later he was on the streets, parolled for good behavior. He immediately started back in his old ways and the cops were back on his trail. When he found out their was a warrant out for his arrest X-Ray went down to the recruiters office, and signed up for the Army under an imaginary name.
The Army turned Kaplan around. He was part of something worthwhile for the first time in his life and he changed his ways. The Army became his family and he would do anything for them. He tried out for the Rangers and made it through training. He served a tour in Afghanastan before his deception was found out. Kaplan was dishonorably discharged and turned over to civilian authorities.
His lawyer used Kaplan's exemplary service record as proof that he was rehabilitated and Kaplan was granted a suspended sentence. Disillusioned, Kaplan fell in with some new criminals, professionals all with some military experience. Unlike most criminal groups this small gang is very disciplined, efficient and work with synergy. They started robbing banks and Kaplan quickly rose to lead them.
Kaplan's powers surfaced in the middle of a job. He freaked out, setting the bank on fire. The gang barely got away. The gang began to put Kaplan's powers to good use and got bolder with their crimes.
Now the gang is pulling jobs in Paragon City, where some of the largest banks are.

X-Ray can see in the electro-magnetic spectrum from Infra-red down to x-rays. He can fire 300 degree fareinheit laser beams from his eyes.
Abilities[]
X-Ray was an accomplished criminal serving time before his powers surfaced. He learned to shoot and fight in the Army. He can pick a lock and hotwire a car.

An AR-15 and a Colt .45 1911. X-Ray wears a kevlar vest under his webvest. He dresses in camo pants and wears a ski mask and yellow shooting glasses when Working
