Xel Senn was a member of the Jedi Order during the Old Republic, taught as a youngling until the end of the Clone Wars. He was among the few from the Jedi Temple that was able to escape Darth Vader's onslaught, and successfully made it off-world thanks to underground Jedi supporters on Coruscant. He spent his following years in exile, learning from experience and the occassional run-in with another Jedi. It wasn't until the Jedi Order was restructured that he became a full-fledged Knight. It wasn't long until he transitioned into a Jedi Master.
He was one of the two Jedi Masters to join Cadden Blackthorne in his quest to destroy the Cult of Shadow. However, during this time, he fell to the Dark Side of the Force, and left the Order.
